Tepe NOTICE OF SERVICE BY PUBLICATION ON DEFENDANT CHAZ DESHAYES In accordance with Civ.R. 4.4, Notice is hereby given to Defendant Chaz DeShayes, whose address is unknown and whose last known address is 6243 Carriage Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45415, that Plaintiff Anne Jones filed a Complaint for the recovery of damages in the Warren County Common Pleas Court, located at 500 Justice Drive, Lebanon, Ohio 45036. Plaintiff asserted claims for breach of contract and unjust enrichment based on a loan made by Plaintiff to DeShayes, which remains unpaid. Plaintiff seeks damages against DeShayes in the amount of $33,808.64, plus costs and post-judgment interest for DeShayes. This Notice shall be published with Cox Media at least once a week for six (6) consecutive weeks. Service of process shall be deemed complete at the date of the last publication.
