It appearing to the court that the address of the Defendant mentioned therein, are unknown to the affiant and cannot be ascertained with reasonable diligence and that service of summons cannot be made on the named Defendant, and that this is one of the actions mentioned in Ohio Revised Code §2703.14. It is ordered that publication be made once a week for three consecutive weeks in compliance with Ohio Civil Rule 4.4(A)(l ).
