INVITATION TO BID This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is published by the Cooperative Council of Governments ("CCOG") on behalf of Equalis Group and in partnership with Gordian for the purpose of creating Open Market and Set Aside Job Order Contracting (JOC) Programs that will made available to current and future members of Equalis Group in the State of Ohio. JOC is a competitively solicited indefinite quantity construction contract awarded to bidders to accomplish the repair, alteration, modernization, and rehabilitation of infrastructure buildings, structures, or other real property. The contract term is two years with a two-year bilateral renewal term. Bidders must register with Bonfire, an eProcurement platform, through this link https://ccog.bonfirehub.com/ portal/?tab=openOpportunities to download and complete the Invitation to Bid package. Completed proposals are due by 3:00pm EST on 12/15/2026. There will be a Pre-Bid Meeting and attendees can find information for that meeting on Bonfire. 11-3, 11-10/2026
