Joint Public Hearing Notice All property owners and citizens of Fairfield, Ohio are hereby notified that a joint public hearing between the Planning Commission and City Council has been scheduled for 7:00 PM on Monday, April 13, 2026 at the Fairfield Municipal Building at 5350 Pleasant Avenue, Fairfield Ohio, 45014. The purpose of the hearing is to solicit citizen input regarding the submission of a rezoning request for 6638 and 6660 Dixie Highway, Parcel ID A0700015000043 & A0700015000009. The request is to rezone the parcels from M- 2, General Industrial District, to C-3A, General Business District Modified. Parties that wish to review the application may do so by visiting the Development Services Department located at the Fairfield Municipal Building or on the Development Services page on the City website at www.fairfield-city.org/ 162/Development-Services.
