Joint Public Hearing Notice All property owners and citizens of Fairfield, Ohio are hereby notified that a joint public hearing between the Planning Commission and City Council has been scheduled for Monday, August 10, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Fairfield Municipal Building, 5350 Pleasant Avenue, Fairfield, Ohio 45014. The purpose of the hearing is to solicit citizen input regarding a rezoning of the rear portion of the property at 5145 Pleasant Avenue from R- 3, Multi-Family zoning district, to D-1, Downtown zoning district.
