PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LEBANON CITY COUNCIL The Lebanon City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio. The public hearing is to solicit input on a Zoning Map Amendment to rezone 29.5168 acres located at Norgal Avenue, parcels 1211400023, 1211400024, & 1211400037 from Light Industrial (I-1) to Light Industrial PUD (I-1 PUD). This rezoning is to allow for the expansion of the outdoor RV storage at Heat & Sensor Properties on parcel 1211400037 and for the construction of a Case Towing facility at parcels 1211400024 and 1211400023. Any interested person may attend this meeting and express their views regarding the request.
