Joint Public Hearing Notice All property owners and citizens of Fairfield, Ohio are hereby notified that a joint public hearing between the Planning Commission and City Council has been scheduled for Monday, September 28, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Fairfield Municipal Building, 5350 Pleasant Avenue, Fairfield, Ohio 45014. The purpose of the hearing is to solicit citizen input regarding a rezoning of the property located at 6638 Dixie Highway from M-2, General Industrial zoning district, to C-3A, General Business zoning district modified.
