The purpose of the hearing is to obtain input from the community & residents about the PHA Annual -Year Plan Submission to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development for fiscal year 2027. Total funds being allocated for this year are estimated at $829,006 for Operating Funds, $481,000 for Capital Funds, $6,499,833 for Section 8 and $2,186,352 for Housing Grants. All residents are encouraged to attend this hearing. The Annual Plan is available for review at 990 East Ridge Drive, Lebanon, Ohio 45036 during the business hours of 9:00 am 4:00 pm. People can also submit written comments prior to the public hearing.
