LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the City of South Lebanon Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on May 14, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Building, located at 10 High Street, South Lebanon, Ohio 45065. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on an application for a lot replat for the property located at 113 Broadway Street, South Lebanon, Ohio 45065, submitted by King-Hasselbring & Associates for Douglas Maupin, to replat Lots 18, 19, and 20, Parcel No. 1331151003, located in the R-3 Residential District, Case No. 2026-01P. A copy of the application and supporting documents is available for public inspection at the City Administration Building, 10 High Street, South Lebanon, Ohio, during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. All interested persons are invited to appear and be heard with respect to the proposed application.
