Public Hearing Amendment to a Development Plan: A request by J.A. Development on behalf of property owner Ravello Properties LLC to amend the approved preliminary development plan known as Havenwood, specifically parcel ID 070217605, to change the floor plans of the proposed 13 units decrease the proposed rear setback, and decrease the required landscaping of the project. The proposed amendment requires approval by Planning Commission per Chapter 1226.04(f)(1)(B).
