Legal Advertisement Proposals are due electronically through the County's OpenGov Procurement portal. Proposals are due before 1:30 pm on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, for Montgomery County Facilities for PP-2026-0005 - Janitorial Services. Said proposals will be opened by the Purchasing Director as soon thereafter as the opening can begin. All project documents are available on the County's OpenGov Procurement portal located at: https://www.mcohio.org/Bids. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be conducted on Wednesday, January 21, 2026 10:00 am, hosted at 14 W 4th Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402 Reibold Building, 5th Floor Conference Room. Attendance is not required to submit for this project. Those who do plan to attend shall pay particular attention to the following provisions: a. The proposer shall examine the related documents prior to the pre-proposal meeting and be ready to raise questions concerning any unclear matter in the proposer's process. b. The proposer recognizes that the purpose of the pre-proposal meeting is to resolve ambiguities, inconsistencies, errors or omissions in the contract documents, and interpretations thereof shall be made with a preference to the accomplishment of the purpose of the contract, without additional cost to the Board. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularity of proposals, should same be to the advantage of the county.
