Legal Advertisement Proposals are due electronically through the County's OpenGov Procurement portal. Proposals are due before 1:30 pm on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, for Montgomery County Department of Job and Family Services for PP-2026-0010 - Legal Service of Process (Child Support). Said proposals will be opened by the Purchasing Director as soon thereafter as the opening can begin. All project documents are available on the County's OpenGov Procurement portal located at: https://www.mcohio.org/Bids. A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be conducted on Monday, January 26, 2026, at 10:00 am. This meeting will be hosted at Online, Teams link available on OpenGov. All potential proposers are encouraged to attend this meeting and shall pay particular attention to the following provisions: The proposer shall examine the related documents prior to the pre-proposal meeting and be ready to raise questions concerning any unclear matter in the proposer's process. The proposer recognizes that the purpose of the pre-proposal meeting is to resolve ambiguities, inconsistencies, errors or omissions in the contract documents, and interpretations thereof shall be made with a preference to the accomplishment of the purpose of the contract, without additional cost to the Board. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularity of proposals, should same be to the advantage of the county.
