Legal Advertisement Proposals are due electronically through the County's OpenGov Procurement portal. Proposals are due before 1:30 pm on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, for Montgomery County Department of Job and Family Services for PP-2026-0047 - Family Preservation and Reunification Services. Said proposals will be opened by the Purchasing Director as soon thereafter as the opening can begin. All project documents are available on the County's OpenGov Procurement portal located at: https://www.mcohio.org/Bids A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be conducted on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 10:00 am. This meeting will be hosted on Microsoft Teams and the link is available on OpenGov. All potential proposers are encouraged to attend this meeting and shall pay particular attention to the following provisions: The proposer shall examine the related documents prior to the pre-proposal meeting andbe ready to raise questions concerning any unclear matter in the proposer's process. The proposer recognizes that the purpose of the pre-proposal meeting is to resolveambiguities, inconsistencies, errors or omissions in the contract documents, andinterpretations thereof shall be made with a preference to the accomplishment of thepurpose of the contract, without additional cost to the Board. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularity of proposals, should same be to the advantage of the county.
