The hearing will be held in the City Commission Chambers on the Second Floor of City Hall, 101 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio. The subject of the hearing is the following: Official Zoning Map Amendment Case: PLN2026-00055 An application for a Planned Development zoning overlay and to change the underlying zoning from Mature Single-Family Residential (MR-5) to Mature Multi-Family (MMF) for 3.7 acres at the southeast corner of West Third Street and Edwin C. Moses Blvd. to allow for multi-family residential and commercial uses. The proposed Official Zoning Map Amendment is available for public inspection in the Office of the City Commission and with the Secretary to the City Plan Board.
