The subject of the hearing is the following: Official Zoning Map Amendment Case: PLN2025-00371 Zoning Map Amendment application to establish a new planned development (with final plan approval) on 1.48 acres to utilize and expand the place of worship for the property located at 1508 Valley Street. Additionally, the applicant is requesting that 1.036 acres of the 1.48-acre site, be rezoned from I-1 light industrial to ER-4 eclectic single-family residential.
