The hearing will be held in the City Commission Chambers on the Second Floor of City Hall, 101 West Third Street, Dayton, Ohio. The subject of the hearing is the following: Official Zoning Map Amendment Case: PLN2025-00371 Zoning Map Amendment application to establish a new planned development (with final plan approval) on 1.48 acres to utilize and expand the place of worship for the property located at 1508 Valley Street. Additionally, the applicant is requesting that 1.036 acres of the 1.48-acre site, be rezoned from I-1 light industrial to ER-4 eclectic single-family residential. The proposed Official Zoning Map Amendment is available for public inspection in the Office of the City Commission and with the Secretary to the City Plan Board.
