LEGAL NOTICE Andrea Morris whose last places of residence/business are 7332 Country Walk Drive, Franklin , OH 45005, and 7873 Dian Avenue, Franklin, OH 45005 but whose present place of residence/business is unknown will take notice that on June 10, 2026, Mortgage Research Center, LLC dba Veterans United Home Loans filed its Complaint in Case No. 26CV100939 in the Court of Common Pleas Warren County, 500 Justice Dr, Lebanon, OH 45036, alleging that the Defendant(s) Andrea Morris have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Permanent Parcel Number: 02-06-393-027; Property Address: 7332 Country Walk Drive, Franklin, OH 45005. The legal description may be obtained from the Warren County Auditor at 406 Justice Drive, Lebanon, Ohio 45036, 513-695-1235. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
