There is a non-refundable fee of $70 for each set of bidding documents. Based on the scope of work, this project is not for the construction, reconstruction, or renovation of a City-owned building or other structure. Due to this circumstance, this project will be bid without the Project Labor Agreement requirement, pursuant to the terms of Dayton R.C.G.O. Section 35.241. Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) subcontract bidders on this project must be certified with the City of Dayton Human Relations Council as such. This Project is being bid with a 3% MBE participation goal.
