LEGAL NOTICE NO. 42 Electronic bids will be received by the Director of Public Works of the City of Dayton, State of Ohio, until 12:00 Noon, October 23, 2025 for the following improvement: FIRE STATION OPTIONAL STANDBY POWER SYSTEM GENERATOR AND INSTALLATION SERVICE (10% SBE PARTICIPATION GOAL) Information and instructions to bidders may be obtained at the City Engineer's Office Prospective bidders must be on the plan holders list through QuestCDN for bids to be accepted. Bidding documents for this project may be examined online or downloaded at: www.questcdn.com. The QuestCDN eBidDoc Number for this project is 9872374. There is a nonrefundable fee of $70 for each set of bidding documents. There will be a voluntary site visit that will be held on Wednesday October 8, 2025, at 9:00am and begin at Fire Station 11 located at 145 Warren Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402. Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) subcontract bidders on this project must be certified with the City of Dayton Human Relations Council as such. This Project is being bid with a 10% SBE participation goal. The participation must be submitted with your bid on the "PEP-Certified SBE Participation Form (for the SBE goal)" provided by the City of Dayton Human Relations Council (HRC).
