There is a nonrefundable fee of $70 for each set of bidding documents. There will be a voluntary site visit that will be held on Wednesday October 8, 2025, at 9:00am and begin at Fire Station 11 located at 145 Warren Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402. Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE) subcontract bidders on this project must be certified with the City of Dayton Human Relations Council as such.
