PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LEBANON PLANNING COMMISSION The Lebanon Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio. The public hearing is to solicit input on a Zoning Map Amendment requested by Drees Homes, agent for the property owner, to rezone 312.966+ acres along S.R. 48 and Drake Road, parcels 0931200001, 0932300003(1), 0932300003(2), and 0931100001 from Rural Residential (R-R) to Residential PUD. Any interested person may attend this meeting and express their views and submit evidence and/or written comments regarding the request.
