LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given of a public hearing before the Monroe Planning Commission on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at 6:00 PM in the City Council Chambers, 233 South Main Street, Monroe, Ohio. The Planning Commission will consider an application for Zoning Map Amendment from Eli Krafte-Jacobs, 4270 Ivy Pointe Boulevard, Cincinnati, Ohio 45245. The applicant seeks approval regarding a zone change of 6514 Greentree Road, Lot A, Parcel 0702377005; 6514 Greentree Road, Lot B, Parcels 0702377006 and 0702451002; 6514 Greentree Road, Lot C, Parcels 0702451005 and 0702376005 ; 6514 Greentree Road, Lot D, Parcel 070236003; 6514 Greentree Road, Lot E, Parcel 0702377001; 6514 Greentree Road, Lot F, Parcel 0702376001; 6514 Greentree Road, Lot G, Parcel 0702376007; 6514 Greentree Road, Lot J, Parcel 0702376012; 6514 Greentree Road, Lot K, 0702376009; 6531 Greentree Road, Parcel 0702377004; and 6465 Greentree Road, Parcel 0702376010, totaling approximately 37.3 acres. The applicant requests the parcels be rezoned from NC Neighborhood Conservation to RR Rural Residential. The public may appear at the public hearing, be heard, and submit evidence and written comments with respect to the application. Monroe will provide assistance to persons with disabilities, needing interpreters, other auxiliary aids, and services in order to participate in this meeting.
