LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that on September 9, 2025, the City Commission of Springfield, Ohio, passed the following legislation: Ordinance No. 25-242, Accepting the application for annexation of certain territory containing 33.951 acres, more or less, in Moorefield Township and commonly known as the Granada Drive Annexation Area to The City of Springfield, Ohio Ordinance No. 25-243, Amending the Zoning Map of Springfield, Ohio by rezoning 3.47 acres located at 341 West Leffel Lane, Springfield, Ohio from Springfield Township I-2, General Industrial District to City C-HC, Heavy Commercial Corridor District. Ordinance No. 25-244, Amending the Zoning Map of Springfield, Ohio by rezoning 0.037 acres at 1010 North Murray Street, Springfield, Ohio from R-HD, High Density Residential District to C-NC, Neighborhood Commercial District.
