The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on an application for Preliminary Plat Plan Review for River Highlands Subdivision, submitted by McGill Smith Punshon Design on behalf of Drees Homes, Inc., for the property located at 5274 Zoar Road, Parcel Nos. 1325300001, 13314000034, and 1331400041, South Lebanon, Ohio 45065. The property is zoned R-3 Single and Multi-Family Residential. The application is identified as Case No. 2026-04P and proposes the development of two hundred thirteen [213] single-family units. A copy of the application and supporting documents is available for public inspection at the City Administration Building, 10 N.
