PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LEBANON BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS The Lebanon Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 5:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio. The public hearing is to solicit input on Dimensional Variances application filed by Chick-Fil-A for the property located at 1330 Columbus Avenue. The applicant requests Dimensional Variances to the Lebanon Zoning Code Section 1133.15.B.10 & B11 for a trash enclosure, storage room, and drive-thru canopy. Section 1138.05.C.4 to remove the requirement of a five-foot landscape bed around perimeter of the building. Section 1133.14.C.3.b to reduce the 30' front yard landscape setback to 22'. Section 1133.14.C.3.b to reduce the 10-feet side yard landscape requirement. Section: 1138.06.C.a.e to reduce the required minimum width of six-feet for landscape islands. Table 1135-1 to increase the mimum requiring 2.5 footcandles along property line. Any interested person may attend this meeting to express their views regarding the request.
