NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on behalf of the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (the "Issuer") on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at Ohio Housing Finance Agency via teleconference. This hearing is for the purpose of considering the approval of the issuance in one or more series of multifamily housing revenue bonds (the "Bonds") pursuant to a common plan of finance, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $31,000,000, by the Issuer, pursuant to Article VIII, Section 16 of the Ohio Constitution and Chapter 175 of the Ohio Revised Code, as amended.
