LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Union will meet to consider the rezoning of approximately 40.472 acres of land located within the City of Union, Ohio. The property is situated on the south side of Phillipsburg Union Road, approximately 170 feet west of Lutz Drive. The proposed rezoning would change the zoning classification from R-2 (Residential) to R-PUD (Residential Planned Unit Development). The rezoning ordinance, maps of the area, and the proposed zoning classifications are available for public inspection at the City of Union Building, 118 N. Main Street, Union, Ohio 45322. A public hearing on the proposed rezoning will be held before the Council of the City of Union on November 24, 2025, at 7:30 p.m., at the City of Union Police Department Building, 201 West Martindale Road, Union, Ohio 45322.
