LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners, Clark County, Ohio, will hold two Public Hearings on the 18th day of March, 2026, at approximately 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers, Room 151 located at the Springview Government Center, 3130 East Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45503. The purpose of the hearings are to consider the petitions of Danny & Sherry McFadden. The proposed rezoning is approximately .67 acres located in Bethel Township from B-2 (Community Business) to B-3 (General Business) for the continued use of a hair salon and the potential future expansion of a used car sales lot being proposed to the west and .05 acres in Bethel Township from A-1 (Agricultural) to B-3 (General Business) for the proposed use of a used care sales lot for 2-20 cars.
