LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners, Clark County, Ohio, will hold a Public Hearing on the 8th day of July, 2026, at approximately 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers, Room 151 located at the Springview Government Center, 3130 E. Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45503. The purpose of the hearing is to amend the Clark County Zoning Regulations as proposed by the Rural Zoning Commission; specifically, to amend the following sections: Section 215 "Heavy Industrial District" and Chapter 10 "Definitions", create Section 749 "Data Centers", and to amend other Chapters throughout the zoning text necessary to effectuate the desired changes to these particular Chapters. The present zoning regulations pertaining thereto may be examined at the Community & Economic Development Department, 3130 East Main Street, Suite 1A, Springfield, Ohio 45503, during regular business hours.
