ORDINANCE 140-26 Sponsored by: Shannon Treynor An Ordinance authorizing all actions necessary to affect a governmental natural gas aggregation program with opt-out provisions pursuant to section 4929.26, Ohio Revised Code, directing the Madison County Board of Elections to submit a ballot question to the electors of the City of London, and declaring an emergency.
