LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners, Clark County, Ohio, will hold two Public Hearings on the 12th day of August, 2026, at approximately 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers, Room 151 located at the Springview Government Center, 3130 East Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45503. The purpose of the hearings are to consider the petitions of the City of Springfield. The proposed rezoning is approximately 94.61 acres at PID #1001200035000037 along West Blee Road and approximately 120 acres of the property located at PID #1001100005000013 in Green Township from A-1 Agricultural to I-1 Light Industrial for the purpose of ensuring zoning consistency for parcels surrounding the Springfield-Beckley Airport and/or parcels within the Joint Economic Development District. The Zoning Map for Green Township and the present zoning regulations pertaining thereto may be examined at the Community & Economic Development Department, 3130 East Main Street, Suite 1A, Springfield, Ohio 45503, during regular business hours.
