Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority (RTA) on the following dates: Mon., Aug. 3, from 10 a.m.-noon, at the Dayton Metro Library Trotwood branch, 855 E. Main St., Trotwood, OH 45426; and Tues., Aug. 4, from 10 a.m.-noon, at the Dayton Metro Library Kettering-Moraine branch, 3496 Far Hills Ave., Kettering, OH 45429. The purpose of the hearing is to collect public feedback on RTA's service changes taking effect Sept. 6, 2026. RTA encourages individuals, groups, agencies, and private providers of transportation to comment on these suggested changes. Those wishing to comment may do so verbally or in writing at the public hearing. In addition, comments can be mailed to the Greater Dayton RTA, Attn: Planning & Service Development, 4 S. Main Street, Dayton, OH 45402, on or before 5 p.m. on Tues., Sept. 1, 2026, and will be made part of the official record of the public hearing process.
