LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners, Clark County, Ohio, will hold three Public Hearings on the 9th day of September, 2026, at approximately 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers, Room 151 located at the Springview Government Center, 3130 East Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45503. The purpose of the hearings are to consider the petitions of the City of Springfield. The proposed rezoning is approximately 6.14 acres at PID # 1001200035000028 (Springfield-Jamestown Rd), 71.19 acres at 5232 Peacock Road, and 3.6 acres at PID # 1001200035000027 (Springfield-Jamestown Rd) in Green Township from A-1 Agricultural to I-1 Light Industrial for the purpose of ensuring zoning consistency for parcels surrounding the Springfield-Beckley Airport and/or parcels within the Joint Economic Development District. The Zoning Map for Green Township and the present zoning regulations pertaining thereto may be examined at the Community & Economic Development Department, 3130 East Main Street, Suite 1A, Springfield, Ohio 45503, during regular business hours.
