LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners, Clark County, Ohio, will hold a Public Hearing on the 23rd day of September, 2026, at approximately 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers, Room 151 located at the Springview Government Center, 3130 East Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45503. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the petition of Dear Dinah Inc. The proposed rezoning is approximately 18.99 acres at 500 Quick Road in Bethel Township from A-1 Agricultural to PD-R Planned Development Residential for the proposed use of a tiny home park to serve as residences for women served by Dear Dinah's ministry. The Zoning Map for Bethel Township and the present zoning regulations pertaining thereto may be examined at the Community & Economic Development Department, 3130 East Main Street, Suite 1A, Springfield, Ohio 45503, during regular business hours.
