LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners, Clark County, Ohio, will hold a Public Hearing on the 21st day of October, 2026, at approximately 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers, Room 151 located at the Springview Government Center, 3130 East Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45503. The purpose of the hearing is to consider the petition of Mary Davidson & Robert Burns (Agent: Alex Niswonger). The proposed rezoning is approximately 1.935 acres at 1880 Lake Road in Bethel Township from B-1 Neighborhood Business to MU-2 Mixed-Use, High Intensity for the extension of the American Line Builders Apprenticeship Training (ALBAT) facility located adjacent to the subject property.
