NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Springfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 at 6:00 pm at the Springfield Township Office, 2777 Springfield-Xenia Road to hear the following cases: BZA-2026-19 Kenneth & Barbara Barnett, who are requesting a Variance from Article 29, Section 2904, D, to allow more than 800 sq. ft. on a lot under one half acre at 305 Larchmont Ave, PID 3000700017401014 and BZA-2026-20 Property Owners Larry & Lacey Shaw; Agent: Michael Casto, who are requesting a Variance from Article 30, Section 3003, B to reduce the front side setback for a garage on a corner lot at 815 W Eva Circle, PID 3000600023202012.
