LEGAL NOTICE OF CITY OF HAMILTON, OHIO Contract #26-12 WRF Overhead Crane Replacement Electronic bids will be received through Bid Express by the City of Hamilton, Ohio ("Owner"), until 2:00 pm, local time, March 27, 2026, at which time bids will be opened publicly and read immediately thereafter at 345 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 45011 for furnishing of all necessary permits, labor, material, and services necessary for: WRF Overhead Crane Replacement (the "Project"), as more fully described in the Contract Documents prepared by City of Hamilton ("Design Professional"). Bids will not be accepted after this time. Subject to the right of the Owner to reject any or all bids, the Owner will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best responsible bid(s). In general, the improvements for which bids are requested will consist of the following: WRF Overhead Crane Replacement. The electronic bids can only be submitted through Bid Express and must be electronically endorsed by the Bidder. A digital ID along with a per bid fee of $50.00 or a $55.00 monthly subscription will be required for the Bidder to submit an electronic bid.
