LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC COMMENT PERIOD FY 2021-2022 & FY 2025-2026 Substantial Amendment to Annual Action Plan The City of Hamilton is seeking input from the public concerning the inclusion of a substantial amendment to the FY 2021-2022 Annual Action Plan; to include the use of HOME Investment Partnerships American Rescue Plan (HOME-ARP) funds up to $37,500. The City proposes to utilize a portion of the already committed Supportive Services HOME-ARP funds to serve individuals and families who are fleeing, or attempting to flee, domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking or human trafficking. In addition to the HOME-ARP funds, the City of Hamilton, seeks to amend, appropriate, and budget up to $100,000 of FY 2025-2026 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for public facility improvements. The City of Hamilton will make the drafts available for written comments from March 1, 2026 through April 1, 2026.
