Bohanan Memorial Drive, Vandalia, Ohio 45377, and plainly marked on the outside "NEW PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY." Bids will be received until 11:00 AM, local time June 26, 2026 at the Development and Engineering Services, 333 James E. Bohanan Memorial Drive and immediately after the deadline the bids will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Community Room at the Justice Center, 245 James E. Bohanan Memorial Drive, Vandalia, Ohio 45377. A pre-bid conference will be held on May 18, 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Community Room at the Justice Center, 245 James E. Bohanan Memorial Drive, Vandalia, Ohio 45377. All bids must include a Bid Guaranty in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount, as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing wage rates apply.
