LEGAL NOTICE Village of Maineville, Ohio Renovation of the building on 0 Route 48, Maineville Ohio, 45039 This Legal Notice is posted on the village's website at www.mainevilleoh.com Bids for all labor, material, and services necessary for the renovation project of the building on Parcel # 1604479007 will be received by the Village of Maineville until Friday, July 31, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read at the Council Chambers, 8133 Ohio State Route 48, Maineville, Ohio 45039. Bids can be mailed or placed in the drop box at 8188 Ohio State Route 48, Maineville, Ohio 45039 until 9:00 a.m. on July 31,2026 or hand-delivered to the mayor's office by 10:00 a.m. There will be a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting conducted by the Village Administrator and Village Engineer at 11:00 a.m. local time on July 21, 2026. The meeting will convene at 8188 St. Rt 48 Maineville Ohio 45039. The purpose of the meeting is to review the project scope, answer questions, and provide prospective bidders with an opportunity to inspect the project site and existing condition. The Project includes the following Work: The Project: We are looking for a contractor to start the renovation of the New Administration Building similar to the design concept in attached document. Location: 0 Route 48, Maineville, OH 45031 Description of Services: Renovation of Building to include: Performing all work in accordance with the approved construction documents. Obtaining and coordinating all required state and local permits, inspections, and approvals. Complying with all applicable building codes, accessibility (ADA) requirements, fire and life safety codes, and all other federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and standards. Coordinating all subcontractors, suppliers, and construction activities. Maintaining site safety, protection of existing facilities, and compliance with OSHA requirements. Providing project scheduling, construction coordination, quality control, cleanup, and final punch list completion. Delivering all warranties, operation and maintenance manuals, and closeout documentation upon project completion Project schedule: Design and construction to begin as soon as possible. Target completion is November 1, 2026 All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty in the form of either a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid (including all add alternates) or a certified check, cashier's check, or money order on a solvent bank or savings and loan in an amount equal to 10% of the bid (including all add alternates), as described in the instructions to bidders. If the bid for work embraces both labor and materials, it shall be separately stated, with the price thereof. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS The Village reserves the right to: 1) seek clarifications of each submittal; 2) negotiate a final contract that is in the best interest of the Village and the public; 3) reject any or all qualifications; 4) cancel this Advertisement for Bids at any time, if doing so would be in the public interest, as determined by Village in its sole discretion; 5) waive minor informalities contained in any qualifications, when, in the Village's sole judgment, it is in the Village's best interest to do so; and 6) request any additional information Village deems reasonably necessary to allow Village to evaluate and select the most qualified Proposer to provide the services.
