Mounts Park Stream Restoration and Improvements, Phase 1 Separate sealed bids for the Mounts Park Stream Restoration and Improvements, Phase 1 project within Hamilton Township will be received by Hamilton Township, 7780 South State Route 48, Hamilton Township, Ohio 45039, until 12:00 PM Local Time on October 17, 2025, and then at said office publicly read aloud. Work under this Project is generally defined as the construction of approximately 417 feet of new stream channel, the abandonment of approximately 600 feet of existing stream channel, and the capping of an old landfill exposed in the existing stream channel. All quantities presented in this specification are estimates and shall be confirmed by the Contractor prior to submittal of their bid. The Owner expects to proceed with the Project immediately after satisfactory acceptance and award of the construction bid and execution of the contract, with completion of all work within 180 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
