Resolution 2026-32R (Introduction, Public Hearing, and Action Tonight) A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE AMOUNTS AND RATES AS DETERMINED BY THE BUDGET COMMISSION AND AUTHORIZING THE NECESSARY TAX LEVIES AND CERTIFYING THEM TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR *A. Ordinance 2026-39E (Introduction, Public Hearing, and Action Tonight) AN ORDINANCE SUPPLEMENTING CERTAIN APPROPRIATIONS CONTAINED IN NEW CARLISLE CITY ORDINANCE 2025-48, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY Upcoming Meetings: 10/19/26 and 11/2/26 - Regular Council Meetings start time: 6:00 pm. Copies of all legislation can be found at the City Building, 331 S. Church St., between 7 am and 4 pm upon request. Special Meeting/ Work Session: Work Session/Special Meeting on 10/20/26 to interview and consider appointments to City Council and the Social Services Commission and conduct a Council workshop.
