PUBLIC NOTICE The Madison Local School District Board of Education hereby gives public notice in accordance with Section 3309.345 of the Ohio Revised Code that Barbara Sturgis, who is currently employed by the Board of Education as Administrative Assistant/EMIS Coordinator, will be retiring effective December 31, 2026 and seeking re-employment with the Madison Local School District in the same position immediately following her service retirement. The Board of Education will hold a public meeting on the issue of re-employing the above-named person, at a meeting to be held on November 19, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the District's Field House/Community Room located at 1368 Middletown-Eaton Road, Middletown, Ohio 45042. 10-28/2026
