Ordinance 2026-15E (Introduction, Public Hearing, and Action Tonight) AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR THE DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE/ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER, TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE BOARD OF CLARK COUNTY COMMISSIONERS FOR THE 2026 ROADWAY RESURFACING PROJECT, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY Introduced: Failed: Upcoming Meetings: 6/15/26 - Regular Council Meetings start time: 6:00 pm.
