NOTICE OF ANNUAL FISCAL MEETING FOR THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE GAHANNA NEW COMMUNITY AUTHORITY CITY OF GAHANNA, OHIO The Board of Trustees (the "Board") of the Gahanna New Community Authority (the "Authority") will hold its annual fiscal meeting on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at the offices of the City of Gahanna, Ohio located at 825 Tech Center Drive, Gahanna, Ohio 43230. The purposes of the meeting are to: (i) conduct the annual fiscal and organizational meeting of the Board; (ii) consider adopting an operating budget for the Authority for calendar year 2027 and to levy one or more Community Development Charges; and (iii) consider or act upon any other business as may properly come before the Board. 8-24/2026
