NOTICE OF ANNUAL ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE RENAISSANCE ARENA DISTRICT NEW COMMUNITY AUTHORITY, CITY OF MIDDLETOWN, OHIO The Board of Trustees (the "Board") of the Renaissance Arena District New Community Authority (the "Authority") will hold an annual organizational meeting on July 1, 2026 at 11:30 a.m. at 1 Donham Plaza, Conference Room 2C, Middletown, Ohio 45042. The purposes of the meeting are to (i) consider a Resolution setting, or waiving, one or more community development charges, including, but not limited to a Retail Charge and (ii) consider or act upon any other business as may properly come before the Board. 6-30/2026
