Broad Street, 3rd Floor Columbus, Ohio 43215-6127 In the Matter of: Tanika Sharee Spidell, D.O. 25-CRF-0132 A Report and Recommendation was issued to Tanika Sharee Spidell, D.O., by the Ohio Medical Board on June 16, 2026, and via registered email on June 16, 206, to her email address of record with no response. The Report was issued following a hearing held on May 4 and 6, 2026, before an Attorney Hearing Examiner. The Hearing Examiner found sufficient evidence to conclude that Dr. Spidell violated Section 4731.22(B)(20), Ohio Revised Code, to wit: Rule 4731-10-08, Ohio Administrative Code. The Hearing Examiner further proposed that Dr. Spidell's license be revoked, and a fine of $1,500. A copy of the entire Report may be obtained by contacting the Board at the address listed below. Section 119.09, Ohio Revised Code, may authorize the filing of written objections at the office of the Ohio Medical Board within seven (7) days of receipt of the Report. Dr. Spidell may also request to make an oral presentation to the Board when the Report is considered. The Report will be considered at a public meeting following its receipt by Dr. Spidell and shall be deemed received as of the date of the last publication of this notice. This public notice is being published in accordance with the requirements of Section 119.07, Ohio Revised Code.
