NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a petition filed and certified by the Board of Elections, Montgomery County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of the City of Englewood, Precinct B, at the Primary/Special Election to be held on May 5, 2026, at the regular places of voting therein, the following questions: Shall the sale of beer, wine and mixed beverages, and spirituous liquor be permitted by Full Circle Brewing, L.L.C., dba Full Circle Brewgarden, an applicant for a A-1A liquor permit, who is engaged in the business of operating a brewery at 324 Union Boulevard, Englewood, Ohio 45322 in this precinct and Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages, and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday by Full Circle Brewing, L.L.C., dba Full Circle Brewgarden an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of operating a brewery at 324 Union Boulevard, Englewood, Ohio 45322 in this precinct?
