NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a petition filed and certified by the Board of Elections, Montgomery County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of the City of Riverside, Precinct C, at the Primary/Special Election to be held on May 5, 2026, at the regular places of voting therein, the following question: Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday by Jonny D's LLC an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of neighborhood bar and grill at 4308 Springfield St. Riverside 45431 in this precinct?
