NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution passed on December 8, 2025 by the Council of the City of Union, Montgomery County and Miami County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of said district at the Primary/Special Election to be held on May 5, 2026 at the regular places of voting therein, the following question: A renewal of a tax for the benefit of the City of Union for the purpose of general construction, reconstruction, resurfacing, and repair of streets, roads, and bridges, that the county auditor estimates will collect $364,090 annually, at a rate not exceeding 3 mills for each $1 of taxable value, which amounts to $43 for each $100,000 of the county auditor's market value, for 5 years, commencing in 2026, first due in calendar year 2027.
