NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a petition filed and certified by the Board of Elections, Montgomery County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of the City of Dayton, Precinct 13-A, at the General Election to be held on November 3, 2026, at the regular places of voting therein, the following question: Shall the sale of wine and mixed beverages, and spirituous liquor be permitted for sale on Sunday by University of Dayton an applicant for a D-6 liquor permit who is engaged in the business of operating a sports arena at 1801 Edwin C. Moses Boulevard S., Dayton, Ohio 45469 in this precinct? The polls for said election will be open from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. on said day.
