NOTICE OF ELECTION Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a resolution passed on May 26, 2026 by the Council of the City of Kettering, Montgomery County and Greene County, Ohio, there will be submitted to the qualified electors of said district at the General Election to be held on November 3, 2026, at the regular places of voting therein, the following question: The City of Kettering proposes amending the following Kettering City Charter Sections: Article V, Section 5-2: The Manager and Article VI, Section 6-2: Department Directors to remove employee residency requirements. Shall the proposed charter amendments, as reported by the charter commission of the City of Kettering be adopted? The polls for said election will be open from 6:30 a.m. until 7:30 p.m. on said day.
